Knowing what is on the market and what it is selling for is a huge step in the process of being prepared.   True Market value in these days of extreme volatility can be difficult to know without daily involvement. Be prepared to move fast! If you are a cash buyer, fantastic! If not, get pre-approved through a reputable lender (preferably local).
