Bend bargains

What is a bargain?  A bargain to me you just might disagree!  A bargain today might seem almost free tomorrow.  A bargain in Bend might not be in Redmond, Prineville or Sun River.  A bargain can be perception or it just might be fact.  A bargain can be your current situation in conjunction with the current market, interest rates and assistance programs available. 

There are lots of bargains in Central Oregon in my opinion, so I decided to make a small list of what I consider bargains in Central Oregon.  Whether you agree or disagree isn't even important.  What is important to me is that I know how to find them and present them to you quickly.  The more homes I present to you the higher liklihood we will each agree that one of them is a bargain!

We are definitely in a buyer's market in all of Central Oregon.  Believe it or not, many of  the properties I consider bargains sell very quickly and usually very close to asking price.  If you want to take advantage of the market and snag the good deals, I advise you get on my automated email system by filling out the form below or email  me directly robert@centralorproperty.com.
